Pineapple, Mango and Lime Fat Burner Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 mango
5 cl of orange juice without sugar
1/2 teaspoon of chia seeds
100 g fresh pineapple
1/2 lime
Instructions
Remove the skin and hard core from the pineapple and cut the flesh into small cubes.
Peel, core and dice the mango.
Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice into a blender.
Add the pineapple, mango, chia seeds and orange juice to the blender.
Blend for 30 seconds until desired consistency is reached.
Smoothie Detox framboise et banane
Ingredients :
70g of fresh or frozen raspberries
1/2 banana
1 glass of almond milk or plain yogurt
Instructions :
Take out the frozen raspberries and put them in your blender

Ice cubes

Pour all ingredients except ice cubes into a blender and blend finely.

Mango and Passion Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients :
1/2 passion fruit
1/2 manguo
10 cl coconut water
Instruiction:
Peel the half mango and cut it roughly into pieces, remembering to remove the pit.
We cut the passion fruits in two and we recover the inside with a spoon.
We put the whole in the blender, with the coconut milk, and we mix until obtaining a homogeneous texture. It is ready!
Avocado-Banana Smoothie
1/2 banana
1/2 glass coconut water
1/4 avocado
1/2 tsp honey
1/4tsp of cinnamon
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
4 ice cube
Light strawberry-mint smoothie
Ingredients :
100 g de fraises
quelques feuilles de menthe
1 yaourts natures 0%
5 g de miel
Instructions :
Wash and cut strawberries.
Clean and dry the mint leaves.
Blend the strawberries, mint leaves, yogurt and honey in the blender for several seconds.
